Kini, pelatih Arsene Wenger meyakini bahwa performa Arsenal kian membaik, menyusul kemenangan 3-1 atas Stoke City pada akhir pekan lalu. Namun, pelatih asal Prancis tersebut menganggap laga melawan tim besutan Andre Villas-Boas nanti malam sebagai ujian berat.

“Saya yakin bahwa kami tumbuh sebagai sebuah tim, jika dibandingkan satu bulan lalu,” ujar Wenger seperti dilansir Sportal.

“Sekarang, kami akan menghadapi ujian sesungguhnya untuk kualitas kami dan tentunya, ini kesempatan kami menunjukkan peningkatan performa. Itulah yang dipertaruhkan saat ini,” paparnya.

Lebih lanjut Wenger memastikan, hasil positif yang diraih di Stamford Bridge akan mengembalikan pamor The Gunners, sebagai tim papan atas Premier League.
